Any State agency desiring to sell, lease, or rent any land owned
by the State or by
any State agency shall file with the Department of Administration an
application setting forth the facts relating to the proposed

promptly investigate all aspects of the proposed transaction,

ft. new building. While
they understand that we
are working hard at
getting things properly
set-up for all parties

interest of this new
venture to get that

start. I'll be in
Raleigh Wednesday for a
couple of meetings ...
and would welcome the
opportunity to work the
